Impact reporting to inspire and engage your audience
The businesses that are thriving aren’t just doing good work—they’re holding themselves accountable, tracking their progress, learning from it, and communicating it with authenticity and transparency. But producing a meaningful impact report is challenging, especially when you’re already stretched thin by day-to-day demands.
That’s where I come in.
Why work with me on your impact report?
Impact reporting is harder than it looks. Where do you start? What data do you need? How do you tell a compelling story without straying into greenwashing territory? For most companies, it’s a project that stalls, gets rushed, or never quite hits the mark.
I help you cut through that. Together we’ll find the story you want to tell, back it up with the right data, and turn it into a polished report delivered on time, with none of the guesswork.
The result is a report that inspires your team, engages your audience, and builds real trust in your company.
I collaborate with
.
Keartland & Co are experts in helping companies integrate impact into their purpose, strategy & business model. I work alongside them helping companies communicate their impact both internally and externally.
We create your impact report following this six step process:
1. Kick-off
An in-depth working session to agree the output and engage your core team in the process. During the meeting we establish your company’s impact story, plan your report and identify the data and stories you need to support your impact narrative.
2. Content gathering
I collect information from your team about all your activities. I often conduct interviews with team members to humanise your report and understand the stories of impact from the people who actually do the work.
3. Copywriting
I turn the content into compelling copy to engage your audience, providing you with an impactful narrative that aligns with best practice and conforms to greenwashing guidelines and legislation.
4. Design
We work with our graphic designers, or yours, to turn your story into a beautiful report with photography, icons, graphs and images to bring your narrative to life.
5. Review
We conduct a comprehensive review of the designed report before publication and hold a wash-up session to set you up for success next year.
6. Result
A report your company will be excited to share, that generates trust amongst your customers, suppliers and investors and engages your team in your mission.
“”I’m absolutely delighted with our very first impact report, huge thanks to Hannah and Heather for everything you’ve done to bring this to life. It’s such a compelling read, charting our journey to date and outlining our roadmap ahead. The report flows effortlessly and you’ve perfected our brand voice. The report has really helped our teams understand and embrace our impact and sustainability journey. Your guidance in structuring our thoughts and steering us through the process made all the difference. I really appreciate your support and expertise.””
